Property Accountant - (York) in York, Pennsylvania For Sale

Manpower has partnered with a premiere Construction company in York, PA to fill their need for a Property Accountant. We are looking for someone with very strong Property Accounting background. The Property Accountant shall be primarily responsible for all of the accounting responsibilities associated with all properties owned by the entities assigned to the Property Accountant, including but not limited to the following: You will handle Cash Activities which consist of all bank account reconciliation. You will be responsible for all payable and receivable activities. Experience with a Timberline Accounting System would be a huge plus. You will be responsible for the lease activities to include CAM(common area maintenance) reconciliations, lease review, tenant move in/move out, recovery limitations or gross lease arrangements. Lastly you will be responsible for all Financial Reporting and accurate upkeep of the General ledger. This job is a temp to hire opportunity with an excellent company.
