SALES - Real estate property tax consultant to serve regional real estate advisory firm for business development throughout Pennsylvania. Potential clients are major industrial and commercial property owners. Advance plus commissions. Opportunity to earn $100,000+.
Position identifies over-assessed commercial and industrial real estate by studying public records; comparing market values to company and employee's real estate valuation knowledge. Selected applicant will research company contact(s) responsible for property tax appeal decisions. Applicant will inspect properties deemed potentially over-assessed, and/or meet with potential client to secure contracts.

Experience in commercial/industrial real estate sales, banking, other real estate skills, law, appraisal, government or property assessment is required. Knowledge of property tax and/or government finance is helpful. Prospective candidate should have proven sales and marketing experience. Moderate PA travel required. Candidate should be extroverted with intensive tenacity.
