1br Looking to rent a room for the summer No Preference in York, Pennsylvania For Sale

I'm a 54-year old professional male, recently separated from my wife, and I need a room in the Northeast, preferably in the Port Richmond/Kensington/Fishtown areas, near my office. I own my own business, and work 6 days a week... so Im looking for a place to sleep and wash up, maybe eat an occasional meal. I don't have any vices: I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I wont be having any guests either. I don't have pets, but don't mind if you do. I'm animal friendly.
Rent and deposits not a problem. I can provide references etc., too if needed.
