You are able to sublease the place as early as May 15th (that would be ideal) or starting June until July 31st. The room is nice and spacious with renovated wood floors. 3 other people living in the house that has a total of 4 rooms. (two medical students (a girl and a guy) in second year, and an undergrad). Everybody is nice and for the most part busy and out of the house almost all day. Room will be furnished with a bed and its respective closet. Pros: place is super cheap, the house is like 5 min away from Forbes Ave (main avenue in the Oakland neighborhood cafés, restaurants, UPMC hospitals, there is a supermarket also, and Pitt). Bills are super affordable since it is summer. Around $35 for gas and electric. Internet monthly $18 you got also cable in your room. Renter is moving out, so if you are even interested in taking the place after July, you can do so. A great opportunity for cheap rent in a decent location.
