Hi! I'm a recently admitted grad student at Penn seeking a room in University City. I'm coming from the state of Washington so not planning to bring much..a furnished room would be great but not necessary. I tend to keep my room pretty messy, but try really hard to keep common areas clean. I'm really laid back, friendly and outgoing..tend to keep to myself when I'm at home though.
