Hi all! I'm a young professional (24M) looking to share this huge (1,300sqft) house in Mount Washington. Due to family issues, my good friend is no longer able to move in with me so I have the entire place to myself. The whole house was remodeled right before I moved in: new paint, hardwood, carpet, tile, appliances, the works. Huge eat-in kitchen with butcher block counter-tops, lots of cabinet space, brand new oven / fridge. 2 rooms available upstairs - one on the 2nd floor, one on the third. Massive basement room. I plan on building a bar down there, adding an extra TV and making it into a "man-cave". Washer and dryer are in adjacent unfurnished area. There's a small patio out front with a brand new grill. Out back there's a small back yard with a shed - I plan on building a fire pit back there. A little about myself: I graduated from George Mason University (B.S. Economics) last spring and have been working at a consulting firm in Carnegie ever since. I spend most of my time either at work or at the gym. I'm a people person through and through; I can get along with pretty much anyone. I don't throw parties, but love to have people over for dinner or a drink on occasion. I'm very laid back, keep the place very clean, and always keep a stock of beer in the fridge. I enjoy lifting, running, cooking/grilling, craft beer and being outdoors. Please give me a shout!
